Ingredients:
2 pounds pork
1 lemon, sliced
Parsley sprigs
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pork net
Directions:
Carefully bone the meat and rub it with salt and pepper. Top it with lemon slices and parsley.
Wrap it in pork net and place into a baking tin.
Roast slowly for approximately 1 hour, or until it turns golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
